我的桌球筆記 (7)

1. 今天下午練正拍 loop，引拍球拍要向後(*不是向下)，身體要蹲下，前臂不刻意夾，手腕還不要轉動，食指要壓一下。
2. loop揮拍，加速度最快，在擊球的那一刹那。收拍要停頓，完成整個loop的動作。
3. loop的影片。

4. 發球像丟飛碟或打水漂，瞬間抖一下。
5. Watch the ball closely，球看清楚了再打，發覺打球的瞬間要快，所以，不用急著出手，來得及。所以，出手要慢，揮拍速度要快。正拍打到球時，姆指不動，但食手指要往上，讓拍面摩擦製造loop（食指微繞姆指）（咬球）。
6.這幾天練習時，發覺手指很難控制，還是手掌以手腕為中心，抖一下，這樣比較容易控制。
7. 今天又被提醒，腳先穩住，再引拍，手掌盡量早點往後擺，轉上半身重心向後，手和身體一起往前，用身體打球，上半身要前傾，快碰到球時，才發力。
8. 在桌面抖一下，就是擰球，打最高點，要感覺有磨擦到球。動作不能太大。
9. 彰桌協的王x章，又示範食指的壓法，竟然和第3支金鑰一樣。
10. 開始思考，手指的引拍，把身體的引拍，換成只是手掌動而已。 迎球前，先喊一，這時球拍暫停，並和來球路線垂直（為了咬球和抓住撞擊點），喊二引球，球拍往後再往前（目的是加速距離，及保持撞擊的拍面）。平時練習當基礎，真正打球靠直覺打球。
11. 為了加速，像拳擊一般，右手往前紮實猛力的一擊，收拍在左前方中間，要剎車準備下一拳。
12. 接發球，對下旋球， 要切球回去，以前切球都亂切，李x村說：不是45度切，而是往後朝肚子方向引拍，拍子不能太高，圓弧切回去。有人說切球，拍子不可晃動，一個方向切。接第三球，要注意拍面調整。
13.接發球，不要急，輕輕的摩擦回去。張x成說：像抱小孩上床般。我對長旋轉球比較弱，只要球過對方桌子即可，還是要看到最高點，並穩穩的摩擦回去。接短球，右腳往前踏一步，接長球，左腳往後一步，不要碰撞，摩擦球下面，力道大一些。李x村：接球一定要引拍，並且用身體往前的動能，把球推過網，球拍保持在肚臍的高度。
14. 開始，回來練loop，右腳先踩實，依來球路，引拍時，拍頭要微微朝下，等球掉到桌面，或低一點點，才出手stroke，注意stroke distance（加速距離），引拍子到身後，眼睛盯球，四分之一的摩擦要確實，身體要前傾，繞身體當軸心要有感覺（轉腰）。
15. 有人說，stroke要打在球的下方某一點，自己體會啦。拍子要打在拍頭的上方，不是中心點。
16. 常會忘記打法，所以，把幾位高手的話，當平時打球的座右銘，想到看到就背誦一次：
a李x村：切球從肚子往前切。
b陳x文：身體要前傾，擊球正三角形。
c蔡x華：左手伸右邊, 不怕不轉身。
d吳x龍：腳先到再揮拍。
e張x成：接短球，右腳向前踩一步。
f王x章：loop時，下旋球磨擦的右下部。（不轉或上旋球）磨擦球的上方才對。
17. 最近針對近球桌的球，把右手腕發力，改成右小手臂（手肘夾角）發力。（錯誤）手叉夾角不要亂動，小手臂繞手肘作扇形揮動。
18. 對方發快速旋轉球，先預期接球拍子左右方向，再站穩接球身體，小力磨削減小對方旋轉（註：不是回球力道），往前跨一步或身子向前（註：這是回球的力道，如果發現是切球，一定要用力帶過桌網）
19. loop，確實做好，迎球、揮拍和收拍。對方回擊後，就要判斷可否loop，可以時，立刻退後，迎球時身體要低，撞球身體往前，咬球後才拉起，揮拍=撞球+咬拉（一氣呵成），收拍時身體不變形，整個揮拍穩定中進行。
20。這幾天，重覆看日本低年級全國冠軍賽。小小年紀的殺球，真讓我大開眼界，原來殺球是去撞球後，咬住球，往對方球桌送，球似乎一直在拍子上，而且右手擺動非常得大。
21。殺球drive或拉球loop，右腳要先到位，用身體，要感覺到身體的進攻，肩膀一定要迎球，手立即往後，加長揮拍距離，拍面朝前向下，揮拍一定要完整全揮拍，到眼睛上方。
22. 儘量打球最高點。
23。正手拍咬球時，食指和手腕，可以稍轉一下，效果加倍。
24。切球，切5點半，或6點半，往目標的正前方，要摩擦，身體手臂往前伸。
25。今天，練習甩腰，以前都只甩小手臂和腕，現在改甩腰，揮拍力量較大。只練習一天，就要放棄，看影片，沒人用腰甩，影片都是用小手臂、腕、和膝蓋甩。別人教錯，自己不能亂學。
26。今天又回來學引拍。拍子向右後擺，重心在右手腕、肘、膝、腳尖四點上，再一起往前揮，轉腰，重心移至左腳，小前臂做伸展收拍的工作。
27.今天寫著，這幾天的心得。我的正拍最近好太多了，發覺當球過來時，我引拍時，右手向後，而我的左手，也會配合向前，如此，整個引拍隨時把身體穩住，揮拍的過程重心從右腳，移向左腳時，都十分的平穩。當拍子碰球之前，加速度，製造摩擦，球有被咬住的感覺。因為，身體很平穩，所以拍子可以更向後延伸，打到球後，拍子也可以更向前延伸，感覺超棒。
28. 這幾天，又恢復打球。在桌球中心，有很多高手，只要敢問，總有收獲。一個說我，引拍需要更後面，一個說我，延展要更前，另一個說我引拍時間太慢，每個動作都要很長的時間修正之。
29. 球拋物線的過來，揮拍也是弧線的過去，常常就揮棒落空，為了不要落空，最近想到，可以靠身體肩膀的往前動作，造成拋物線和弧線交叉，揮拍弧度不變，只是身體的往前，抓住timing。
30. 切球時，要先撞，再向下切。抽球時，也是先撞球，再向上拉。
31. 時間允許時，左手向右延伸，製造腰部的轉身。
32。近台快攻，頭腳都往前，重心前移，穩定快打。
33. 休息一陣子，又回來練球。
34。看了不少的影片，給高手指指點點，放穫很多。還是一樣，loop是我的所愛。右腳彎曲，身體右轉45度，手放後擺，手掌放鬆後，身體短暫停後才發動攻擊，擊球剎那，手腕往上去吃球，所有的動作要連貫，揮拍至頭頂，或極力往前為止，旋轉是由下往上的重心移轉。此為加轉 loop，大都是接發球的下旋轉時，才會用到。
35. 至於，前衝 loop，引拍時身體右轉小一點，同時，在揮拍時，呈水平旋轉。
36。揮拍時，不僅手掌手腕放鬆，小手臂更要放鬆。
37。切球時，一腳往前踏，身體前傾，只用小臂，小臂不可伸直，拍子下緣對著球，要有啄的感覺，用力小切，並有剎車，才有回球的力量。
38。揮拍時，左肩對著球，右膝和右肩的連線為軸心線，肘穩穩的繞軸心線旋轉，打到球後，才能重心移左前方。起初動作慢，觸球時動作才快。
